How do I pay my order?

We accept all major credit cards and Paypal.

Will I be charged taxes?

Orders from Canada will be charged GST or HST, and orders from Québec will also be charged PST.

How long will my order take to process?

Our jewelry is made to order and takes from 1 to 3 weeks to complete.
If you need rush production, please contact us to see if it is possible.

Will my purchase arrive gift-wrapped?

All items are nicely and individually packed, ready for gift giving, with exception of tiny stacking ring sets: if you'd like each of these items packed separately, please be sure write me a note at checkout.

Do you ship to international destinations?

Yes, we are happy to serve our international customers.
Some expedited options to some international destinations are not available. We will contact you if that's the case.
Please note that Import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the item price or shipping charges. These charges are the customer's responsibility.

How will my order be shipped?

We use both Canadapost and USPS depending on your location and the amount of your order.
Both regular and expedited shipping options are available.

What is the estimate transit time?
Regular shipping transit time:
- within Canada: from 2 to 6 business days
- to the USA: from 2 to 6 business days
- to international destinations: from 2 to 4 weeks

Expedited shipping options are also available at checkout.

*Customs processing times are not included in these estimated time frames.* 

If you need your package to arrive before a specific date, please contact us.

How can I make returns or exchanges?

If for any reason you are not happy with the item you purchased, you can return it and receive your money back (excluding shipping fees). 

Item must be returned in its original, unworn condition within 30 days and accompanied by a sale receipt.
Please also make sure to label any returned or exchanged items as such on the customs invoice, otherwise, any customs fees due upon receipt to me will be owed before a refund or exchange is completed.
Delivery confirmation and insurance is recommended when mailing back to us. We are not responsible for returns that are lost, damaged or broken in transit. 

EXCEPTION: personalized jewelry is not exchangeable or refundable. This includes jewelry stamped with a personalized message and jewelry with a choice of gemstones. Thank you for your understanding.

Do you accept custom orders?

If you are looking for a custom piece, we’d be happy to work with you.
Custom orders are final sale and cannot be returned.
